What You’ll Do
- Design and build the full stack of the ROAR Networking Relationship Management (NRM) platform, with emphasis on user experience, scalability, and security
- Help select and supervise third-party development partners (onshore and offshore), managing code quality, delivery timelines, and integration
- Understand and supervise data infrastructure, including data engineering, storage, and database management
- Ensure cybersecurity best practices are integrated into all layers of the platform, embedding user protection into the foundation
- Embed AI functionality, such as conversational prompts, guided workflows, sentiment analysis, and intelligent networking suggestions
- Develop and maintain clear technical documentation to support scalability, onboarding, and knowledge sharing
- Collaborate closely with the founding team on product roadmap and design priorities
- Contribute to a culture of curiosity, collaboration, and continuous improvement
What You Bring
- Proven experience as a lead engineer or senior full stack developer, ideally in a start-up
or fast-paced environment; minimum 3 years of experience - Experience working across both front-end and back-end technologies, including modern frameworks
- Experience leading and managing external technical vendors and offshore dev teams
- Experience working with data engineering, architecture, and database management
- Familiarity with AI/ML integration, APIs, and scalable system design
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity protocols and secure coding practices
- A collaborative approach with strong communication skills
- A passion for solving meaningful problems and creating impactful, user-centered
